About Jon Huber
Jon Huber is a real estate investor and advisor with a track record of building and stabilizing multifamily portfolios. His work focuses on disciplined underwriting, thoughtful operational execution, and capital preservation for long-term owners.
Jon began his career in real estate while still in college, earning a degree in Management of Information Systems from Rowan University and obtaining his real estate license prior to graduation. His technical background in data analysis and financial modeling supports a methodical, steady approach to evaluating assets, identifying underperformance, and improving cash flow without introducing unnecessary risk.
Over the course of his investing career, Jon has acquired and operated multifamily assets across multiple markets, working both independently and through partnerships to grow portfolios through stabilization and operational improvement rather than speculative appreciation. He has particular experience in Midwest markets, including Missouri, where his focus has been on improving occupancy, managing expenses, and restoring assets to sustainable performance.
Jon approaches real estate as a long-term business and views his role as a steward of capital, emphasizing transparency, conservative assumptions, and alignment with ownership objectives. Outside of real estate, he enjoys basketball and spending time traveling with his wife and children.
